My story

Made for our dog. Then her friends. Then yours.

Hi, I'm Lillian. I make every batch of Puptato in our home kitchen, the same way I'd make food for myself. The dogs notice the difference.

Hand-mixed every batch

Puptato started the way these things usually do: with a dog who had opinions. Mine wouldn't touch the bag of treats from the pet store — something on the ingredient list, I never figured out what — but she would absolutely demolish a sweet potato chew if I made one myself.

So I made another. Then a batch. Then a batch for the friend who asked. Then a slightly bigger batch for the friend's friend. The batches are bigger now, but the rule is the same: nothing on the back of the bag should need a chemistry degree to read.

I make every batch the same way I'd make food for myself. If I wouldn't eat it, my dog won't either.

What I make

Whole ingredients.
Nothing weird.

Sweet potato. Pumpkin. Real peanut butter — the kind without xylitol, because the kind with xylitol can kill your dog and shouldn't exist on a shelf dogs go near.

Everything is mixed and baked in our home kitchen, packed by hand, and shipped in compostable mailers. Your dog doesn't care about any of that. You might.
